Schedule change for this week and next.
This week, the district calendar has changed a little bit. Previously, the grading day was scheduled for 12/4/20, but that day has been moved to 12/11/20. Students will be expected to attend a full week of school this week (11/30-12/4), and for next week, students will have a 4 day school week, with Friday, 12/11/20 off for our grading day.
3 day school week:
There is no school on November 26th & November 27th. Students will have an A day, B day, and C day. Have a fun and safe Thanksgiving break!

EA Support Program:

Monthly Parent meeting with the Principal and Assistant Principal:
You are being invited to attend a monthly meeting with the principal. This is a time to ask questions, and get any new information regarding your students’ education here at ATA.

Attendance reminders:
– If your student will be out of school for any reason, please call it in at our attendance line 541-790-5725, OR email the attendance email at ata_attendance@4j.lane.edu
– Attendance is taken through Canvas. In order to be marked present, your student should log into their class on Canvas.
– On a regular Wednesday “Flex day” students should check in to periods 1-6.

11/11/20 – NO SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY – Veterans Day
Supply distribution days:
ATA hosts it’s supply distribution days on the first and third Thursday of each month. This past Thursday (11/5/20) we were able to hand out a lot of math books, art packets, and other supplies, but if you had planned on picking something up from ATA and were unable to make it to the last distribution day, please plan to come to the next one, which will be held on 11/19/20.
OBOB 2020-21
Is your child interested in Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB)? We are currently looking into hosting an OBOB club this year, but it will obviously look a bit different! There will be no regional battles, but we can still host school battles if we have enough interest! Please complete this short online survey if you are interested in learning more.
